PropKit is a property calculator app. We respect your privacy and aim to collect as little data as possible.

Data We Collect

User-entered financial information (e.g. prices, income, loan amounts) is processed on-device only and is not stored or transmitted by us.
Advertising data and device identifiers may be collected by third-party advertising partners when ads are shown.
Purchase history is used only to determine eligibility for the Ad-Free upgrade and to support Restore Purchases.

Advertising & Tracking

PropKit displays third-party advertisements using Google AdMob.

Advertising partners may collect device identifiers and advertising data to deliver and measure ads.
Where required, you will be asked for permission before tracking is enabled.
If you purchase the Ad-Free upgrade, ads are disabled.

How We Use Data

Financial inputs are used only to perform calculations within the app.
Advertising data is used solely for displaying and measuring ads.
Purchase data is used only for app functionality (unlocking ad-free access).

Data Sharing

We do not sell your data. Data may be processed by third-party advertising providers solely for ad delivery and measurement purposes.

Children’s Privacy

PropKit is not directed to children under 13 and does not knowingly collect personal information from children.
